Cann Lemon Lavender Roadie Jell-O Shots

Made with Cann Lemon Lavender Roadies, these Jell-O Shots are bright, tart, lightly floral, and require almost zero effort. Just fresh lemon juice, gelatin, and a couple of packets of Cann Roadies transformed into little citrus wedges that feel fancy and lightly dosed.

Cann Lemon Lavender Roadie Jell-O Shots

Ingredients

  • 3 lemons

  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered gelatin

  • 6 Lemon Lavender Roadies

Instructions

1. Prep your lemon molds
Using a sharp knife, cut the lemon in half lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and reserve the peel halves.

2. Make the gelatin base
Strain the lemon pulp and measure out 3/4 cup juice. Add it to a small saucepan with sugar and powdered gelatin.

Heat over medium-low, whisking continuously until the sugar dissolves and the gelatin fully blooms.

3. Add the Roadies
Remove from heat and whisk in the Lemon Lavender Roadies until smooth and combined. Let the mixture cool slightly.

4. Fill and chill
While the mixture cools, place the lemon peel halves in a muffin tin to hold them in place. Carefully pour the mixture into the lemon halves.

Transfer to the refrigerator and chill until fully set, 1 to 2 hours.

5. Slice and serve
Once firm, with a sharp knife slice each lemon half into wedges and serve cold. They are best on the same day they are made.
